Went for Kick Boxing today... its was FUN la..

Like training to hit people like tat...

I'm surprised that i've survived it la... lose more weight... haha :D

well... God i pray that i'll not have much muscle ache tomr as i've to play drums for both services... plus i have a 4hour Film Production module.... I'll be ok.. haa AMEN...
